Azur Salon has seen terrific results from our staff attendance at Strictly Stylist and the owners attendance at Strictly Business. I am very glad that our Shu Uemura representative convinced us to spend the money and time to attend. We were blown away by the information, and we have made some changes in our day-to-day operations that have vastly improved our business and our profits. For example, we have seen a 55% increase in our retail sales in just two months after implementing some of the advice learned from this conference. Our meetings with our staff are more goal-oriented, and we have seen great response from the stylists as we help them to set career goals that they can easily achieve by following the steps. I do admit that we had some grumbling from our staff when we told them attendance was mandatory at a training class on a Sunday morning at 9am.
