Scott Missad

An extreme passion for the beauty industry has driven Scott Missad as a distributor executive, VP of Sales for Redken 5th Avenue NYC, senior vice president of sales for Salon Centric (formerly Beauty Alliance) President of Agility Group, and co-founder of Strictly Business, a nationally acclaimed business program.  A featured speaker at Color America with Beth Minardi, Scott shares unique business strategies to help you succeed in a fast-changing, competitive beauty industry.  His 28 years in the industry in several different roles provide him a unique perspective on today’s industry issues.

Frank Gambuzza

Frank’s beauty industry career spans more than 30 years, and includes studying with the Vidal Sassoon Academies and the Jingles Schools of Advanced Training.  He and his wife, Belinda, started Salon Visage in 1984, which has grown into a multi-million dollar company with more than 125 employees in three locations.  It has been recognized as Knoxville’s best salon for thirteen years and has been features in both the Wall Street Journal and SELF magazine for its innovation and business practices.  He is one of three Tennessee members, and former board member, of the Intercoiffure American/Canadian organization.

Monty Howard

Monty Howard is the General Manager of Salon, Spa and Studio Visage in Knoxville, Tenn. With more than 10 years’ experience in the beauty industry, Monty oversees daily operations, hiring and leadership development for Visage, which employs more than 150 people. Enthusiastic about growing salons and individuals, he creates systems for training and compensation, client relations and general operations and effectively translates those same practices to salons and spas from across the country as an instructor for the Strictly Business professional seminars.

Jen Planck

A dynamic hairstylist with more than 14 years experience including 5 seasons as a national design artist with Sebastian, Jen Planck shows salons and stylists how to form a balance between creativity and business. As a working hairdresser, Jen practices what she teaches every day.

Geno Stampora

Geno Stampora is experienced in all phases of the industry. As a Hairdresser, Geno owned and operated a collection of salons, two beauty academies and a distributorship. As a Master Educator and Life Enhancement Speaker, Geno has traveled the globe, from America and Mexico to the Islands and Europe, delivering the tools needed for salon success. His seminars encompass all aspects of growth and success in beauty with a humorous, inspiring and upbeat style. He is also a keynote presenter for: Intercoiffure, the Professional Beauty Association (PBA), America's Beauty Show, IBS, CCA, ICSA, NCA and more.

He serves as the Director of Motivation for Haircolor & Design Magazine and serves on the Advisory Board for Nailpro. Geno's work has been featured in Modern, American, Salon Today, Canadian Hairdresser, Nailpro, Dayspa, Launchpad and many major fashion and beauty magazines.

Dave is a stockholder, board member and serves as the Director of Training for Summit Salon Business Center. Dave is a facilitator at Strictly Business. Since entering the salon industry in 1983, Dave has worn the hats of stylist, manager, business owner, educator and salon management consultant. He was an educator and consultant with Michael Cole’s Salon Development Corporation for five years.

Dawn Carter understands the importance of running a salon on sound business principles and systems instead of emotions and feelings.  She attributes her success to the Strictly Business program because she lives it every day in her salon. Dawn is a hairdresser, salon owner and Strictly Business coach focused on helping salon owners and staff develop new success behaviors. By creating a culture that measures daily success and staff expectations, salons are empowered to build a market leader brand of prestige. As a Strictly Business graduate in 2006, she was able to implement multiple processes and systems that translated into exponential growth and profit for her company.  As a market leader, Dawn's passion is now using her 28 years of experience and expertise to coach others so they may share in the same successes.
